Perfect G&T


Ingredients

  • 50ml Knot Garden Dry Gin

  • 200ml Fever-Tree Tonic Water

  • 4 ice cubes

  • To garnish: 2-3 thinly sliced wedges of apple

Method

Ideally served in a Spanish style Copa de Balon glass (or Goldfish bowl!). Start with the gin! Top up with Fever-Tree Tonic Water (preferably light). Then add ice and apple slices to garnish. Enjoy and return for more!!

Spiced Apple Martini


Ingredients

  • 50ml Knot Garden Dry Gin

  • 50ml of fresh apple juice

  • 12ml vanilla syrup

  • 4 drops Angostura Cocoa Bitters

  • Half a cinnamon stick

  • To garnish: 1 whole star anise

  • Demerara sugar (optional)

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the star anise. For a little added extra, before straining into the glass, dip the rim into apple juice followed by a little demerara sugar.
