Ingredients
50ml Knot Garden Dry Gin
200ml Fever-Tree Tonic Water
4 ice cubes
To garnish: 2-3 thinly sliced wedges of apple
Method
Ideally served in a Spanish style Copa de Balon glass (or Goldfish bowl!). Start with the gin! Top up with Fever-Tree Tonic Water (preferably light). Then add ice and apple slices to garnish. Enjoy and return for more!!
Spiced Apple Martini
Ingredients
50ml Knot Garden Dry Gin
50ml of fresh apple juice
12ml vanilla syrup
4 drops Angostura Cocoa Bitters
Half a cinnamon stick
To garnish: 1 whole star anise
Demerara sugar (optional)
Method
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice and shake vigorously until chilled. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the star anise. For a little added extra, before straining into the glass, dip the rim into apple juice followed by a little demerara sugar.
